MTC Consulting Pte. Ltd. in Singapore is hiring a Testing & Dicing Assistant (Technical Operator) to support assembly, testing, and die dicing in a fast-paced fab environment.

Based at Yishun or Boon Lay, you can choose location and enjoy benefits such as AWS, a variable bonus, company trips, service-year tokens, and meal allowances. Basic up to SGD 3000, depending on experience.

Qualifications

• No experience required, but interest in production.
• Experience in fab/manufacturing/warehouse is a plus.
• Cleanroom experience is welcome.
• Hands-on, team player with growth mindset and eagerness to learn.
• Must adapt to fast pace environment.
• Good attendance is a must.
• Open to Singaporeans only.

Responsibilities

• Assemble, test, and maintain mechanical, electronic, and automated production equipment.
• Execute wafer-level and die-level testing, visual inspection, die sorting, and dicing operations according to production schedule.
• Follow established protocols and work instructions to ensure quality control, equipment reliability, and optimal performance.
• Collaborate with engineers to troubleshoot equipment issues, provide feedback, and support continuous process improvement.
• Accurately document test procedures, results, abnormalities, and equipment performance logs.
• Maintain workplace safety, adhere to cleanroom practices, and uphold 6S standards within the Fab environment.
• Ensure tools, materials, and equipment are properly organized and maintained for smooth daily operations.
