- Morning Shift: 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM

Job Description
We are seeking a Process Associate Engineer to support Automated Optical Inspection (AOI) operations within a semiconductor manufacturing environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring inspection processes, improving inspection accuracy, and supporting manufacturing quality through process optimization and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Support daily AOI operations to ensure efficient and stable manufacturing processes.
- Troubleshoot inspection-related issues, including equipment alarms, inspection errors, and abnormal inspection results.
- Fine-tune AOI inspection programs and process parameters to improve defect detection and inspection performance.
- Review inspection data and defect trends to identify opportunities for yield and quality improvement.
- Participate in engineering evaluations, process validation, and New Product Introduction (NPI) activities.
- Investigate process deviations, perform root cause analysis, and implement appropriate corrective and preventive actions.
- Work closely with Production, Equipment, Quality, and Engineering teams to resolve process and inspection-related issues.
- Monitor process performance using statistical process control (SPC) and other manufacturing data to maintain process stability.
- Prepare and maintain engineering documentation, inspection procedures, work instructions, and technical reports.
- Ensure compliance with company safety, quality, and cleanroom standards while supporting continuous process improvement initiatives.
Job Requirements
- Minimum Diploma in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Materials Engineering, Chemistry, or a related engineering discipline.
- Experience in semiconductor manufacturing or advanced electronics manufacturing is preferred.
- Knowledge of Automated Optical Inspection (AOI), vision inspection systems, defect analysis, image processing, or related manufacturing technologies will be an advantage.
- Familiarity with process monitoring, quality improvement, and manufacturing process control is preferred.
- Comfortable working in a cleanroom environment and wearing cleanroom attire during working hours.
- Able to work a 12-hour rotating shift schedule, including day and night shifts.
