Job summary

SATS Ltd. in Singapore invites a skilled engineer to join the process development team overseeing new technology and production line implementation.

You will lead a technical workforce, plan preventive maintenance, draft best practices, manage equipment procurement, and ensure safety and cost controls. A degree in engineering and strong mechanical/electrical knowledge are required, with comfort in cross-functional teamwork and heights.

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering-related discipline.
• Strong Mechanical and Electrical knowledge.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical and methodical in approach.
• Willingness to perform job-related duties that may include working at heights.
• Ability to work with cross-functional and multi-disciplinary teams at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Be part of the process development team for the introduction of the new technology and Production Line.
• Develop and train a team of technical workforce that provides technical and systems support to production/operation in planning, organizing and executing preventive maintenance and fault rectification activities.
• Draft best practices and preventive maintenance procedures and contracts.
• Oversee existing preventive maintenance procedures and contracts ensuring compliance by in-house Technicians or external vendors.
• Manage the delivery/cutover of equipment by vendor and ensure proper operation.
