Job summary

Johnson Controls Singapore is seeking a Technical Manager to lead and support technical operations for pharma and semiconductor projects, from greenfield to retrofit, across multiple disciplines.

You will own project schedules, resource planning, and risk management, guiding teams and coordinating with tender and client teams to ensure milestones are met and safe, compliant execution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering with emphasis on process or mechanical disciplines.
• Experience leading technical teams on pharma or semiconductor projects.
• Knowledge of HVAC systems, cleanrooms, and exhaust abatement is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Leads and supports technical operations in Singapore for greenfield and retrofit projects.
• Manages project schedules, manpower planning, and cost tracking across disciplines.
• Collaborates with PMs and Tender Team on costing and risk management.
• Provides technical guidance, performance reviews, and succession planning.
