The role provides administrative and data support for our technical operations and projects, including reporting, documentation, and coordination of inspections. You will prepare reports, maintain records, and support training and certification activities while ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degrees in business administration or related field.
• Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
• Experience in administrative or technical support preferred.
• Meticulous, proactive and able to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Prepare technical reports, quotations and presentations.
• Maintain technical records, SOPs and quality documents.
• Coordinate inspection schedules and project documentation.
• Compile and analyse operational data using Excel.
• Prepare monthly reports and presentations.
• Support customer documentation and technical submissions.
• Coordinate training records and certifications.
• Support technical projects and audits.
