Job summary

ENGIE SERVICES SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is looking for a candidate to assist in implementing digital systems for Integrated Facilities Management across various work locations in Singapore. The role involves training staff, monitoring IoT deployment, and ensuring compliance with operational excellence.

Qualified candidates should have Higher Nitec/Nitec or equivalent and 1-3 years of relevant experience, with a solid understanding of integrated facilities management and digital systems.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years working experience in facilities management.
• Understanding of integrated facilities management, digital systems, IoT, and AI.

Responsibilities

• Monitor deployment of IoTs in various locations.
• Conduct training for the facilities management team.
• Assist in digital project management for ESS IFM sites.

Job description

Responsibilities

• Digital System in performing Integrated Facilities Management
• Assist the Manager in implementing digital system to the facilities management team at the various work locations in Singapore
• To monitor the deployment of IoTs at the various work locations in Singapore
• To conduct training to the facilities management team on the digital system deployed
• Assist the digital project management for the ESS IFM sites, including new roll out of digital system for ESS IFM
• Assist in conducting audits to ensure service delivery compliance for sites to achieve operational excellence
• Monitoring of the digital system and recommending improvement to the system where applicable
• To conduct analysis from the data in the digital system as and when required
• Fostering environment of teamwork and performance excellence with the site team
• Promoting a safety first culture with the sub-contractors

Requirements

• Higher Nitec/Nitec or equivalent
• 1-3 years working experience
• Understanding of integrated facilities management, digital system, IoT, smart system, AI etc.
