Job summary

GOLDTECH RESOURCES PTE LTD is seeking a Technical Officer (Digital Facilities Management) to support the implementation and operation of digital solutions across multiple facilities in Singapore. You will assist with rollout of digital platforms and IoT solutions, provide training to facilities teams, monitor system performance and analyze data to drive improvements.

Qualifications

• Nitec or Higher Nitec qualification.
• 1–3 years of relevant experience.
• Familiar with Integrated Facilities Management.
• Exposure to digital systems, IoT or smart building technologies.
• Willingness to travel between Singapore sites.

Responsibilities

• Support the implementation of digital FM systems across sites.
• Deploy and monitor IoT devices and smart building solutions.
• Provide training to facilities teams on digital FM usage.
• Analyze system performance to identify improvements.
