Qualifications

• Diploma in Electrical Engineering or related discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of Facilities Management experience.
• Hands-on experience in electrical maintenance and troubleshooting.
• LEW certification is an advantage.
• Good communication, coordination, and reporting skills.
• Positive attitude, safety-conscious, and able to work independently.
• Singapore Citizen or Permanent Resident preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Engineer in planning and coordinating preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
• Supervise maintenance works, repairs, and contractor activities on site.
• Lead and support a team of technicians in daily operations.
• Troubleshoot and investigate equipment faults and breakdowns.
• Monitor electrical systems and ensure compliance with safety requirements.
• Prepare maintenance reports and technical documentation.
• Support facilities improvement projects and other assigned duties.
