Join our Facilities Management team as a Technical Officer (Facilities Management) and play a key role in ensuring the safe, reliable, and efficient operation of building systems. This role offers hands‑on technical exposure, leadership opportunities, and career growth within a dynamic environment.
Assist the Engineer in planning and coordinating preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
Supervise maintenance works, repairs, and contractor activities on site.
Lead and support a team of technicians in daily operations.
Troubleshoot and investigate equipment faults and breakdowns.
Monitor electrical systems and ensure compliance with safety requirements.
Prepare maintenance reports and technical documentation.
Support facilities improvement projects and other assigned duties.
Diploma in Electrical Engineering or related discipline.
Minimum 3 years of Facilities Management experience.
Hands‑on experience in electrical maintenance and troubleshooting.
LEW certification is an advantage.
Good communication, coordination, and reporting skills.
Positive attitude, safety‑conscious, and able to work independently.
Singapore Citizen or Permanent Resident preferred.
