The position requires strong marketing acumen, ownership of campaigns, and the ability to collaborate across Sales, Product, Engineering, and regional Marketing teams to monitor trends and measure

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in technical marketing or related roles.
• Proven track record of campaign ownership and marketing performance measurement.
• Ability to collaborate with Sales, Product, Engineering and regional Marketing teams.
• Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.
• Exposure to AI/data-centre technologies is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute quarterly and annual marketing plans.
• Run technical seminars, webinars, trade shows, EDMs, and digital campaigns.
• Partner with Sales to identify target segments and growth opportunities.
• Track MQLs, pipeline contribution, conversion, and ROI to improve campaigns.
• Localise regional/global campaigns and technical marketing content.
• Monitor market, customer, and competitor trends.

• Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.
• Demonstrated leadership potential and ability to develop into a future people manager.
• Exposure to high-speed digital, AI/data-centre applications, networking, or semiconductor technologies is highly advantageous.
