Responsibilities

• Lead multidisciplinary engineering teams to design, develop, and deploy integrated operational software for mission-critical public safety applications.
• Define and drive the technical roadmap aligned with business goals across the software lifecycle from conceptualization to deployment and maintenance.
• Collaborate with product management, operations, and QA to deliver high-quality solutions on schedule and within budget.
• Liaise with internal stakeholders and external partners to understand requirements and ensure alignment of technology initiatives with user needs.
• Promote best practices in software engineering, security protocols, and system architecture while driving innovation and quality assurance.
• Identify technical risks and implement mitigation strategies to safeguard system reliability and regulatory compliance.
