Job summary

sdl development pte. ltd. in Singapore seeks an experienced Civil/Structural lead to manage the site technique team (BIM, C&S, M&E, Archi) and deliver high-quality outcomes on schedule.

You will coordinate with consultants and clients, resolve technical issues, and oversee shop drawings and submittals in a structured design-to-construction flow. Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of working experience.
• Good knowledge of RC structure works.
• Familiar with Archi works.
• Exceptional technical and problem-solving skills and reasoning ability.
• Ability to communicate effectively and clearly.
• Must be self-motivated and able to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Manage the site technique team (BIM, C&S, M&E, Archi) to deliver the outcome timely and with good quality.
• Maintain design program by managing interfaces and monitoring progress, coordinating activities, resolving, or coordinating conflicts and issues in design packages.

• Work out shop drawings (RC and Archi) and submit schedules; manage submittals in orderly manner; compose technical proposals.
• Arrange and chair regular meetings of the technique team for progress monitoring.
• Ensure optimized design solutions comply with construction standards, regulatory framework, contractual specifications and buildability requirements.
• Ensure construction team clearly understands the latest drawings and requirements.
