Job summary

KOE Consulting Pte. Ltd.

is seeking an Assistant Manager, Technical to lead the technical coordination and design management of a tunneling project, coordinating with consultants, LTA, subcontractors and internal project teams to ensure designs are coordinated and construction works progress smoothly. You will guide a team, manage submissions, track approvals, and resolve design issues across Civil, Structural, Architectural and M&E disciplines, ensuring safety and regulatory compliance

Qualifications

Degree in Civil / Structural Engineering with at least 6 years of relevant experience.
Experience in tunnel, underground, MRT, LTA or major civil infrastructure projects preferred.
Strong knowledge of Singapore authority requirements and LTA standards.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage a team of Design / Coordination Engineers coordinating design drawings and technical requirements with consultants, ensuring compliance with LTA requirements, authority regulations and project specifications.
Act as a key liaison between LTA, consultants, clients, contractors, subcontractors and relevant authorities on design and technical matters.
Guide the team in preparing and coordinating technical submissions, including shop drawings, material submissions, method statements and technical proposals.
Coordinate and track design and technical submissions to relevant authorities and stakeholders to ensure timely review and approval.
Lead the resolution of design, constructability and technical issues encountered during tunnel and underground construction by working closely with Civil, Structural, Architectural and M&E teams.
