Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in Network Management, OSS/NMS, Telecom Network Platforms, or related domains.
- Strong experience in network platform deployment or OSS solution implementation.
- Good understanding of RAN technologies or RAN management systems.
- Experience with telecom network operations and management platforms.
- Strong customer-facing experience with ability to conduct technical discussions and manage expectations.
- Experience in technical delivery, project coordination, or solution implementation.
- Experience leading or mentoring technical teams.
- Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Responsibilities
- Lead the technical delivery and implementation of Network Management / OSS solutions.
- Understand customer and business requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions.
- Contribute to solution architecture, integration, deployment, testing, and technical validation.
- Provide technical guidance on RAN and RAN management systems.
- Lead technical discussions with customers and manage technical expectations and priorities.
- Coordinate project activities, technical dependencies, risks, milestones, and deliverables.
- Review technical designs and implementation outputs for quality and alignment with requirements.
- Lead troubleshooting and root-cause analysis for complex technical issues.
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to multidisciplinary teams.
- Communicate technical decisions, project status, risks, and solutions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Drive documentation, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement across delivery activities.
