Qualifications

• Experience in Network Platforms deployments or OSS solution implementations.
• Knowledge of Radio Access Networks or RAN management system architecture.
• Experience managing customer relationships and facilitating customer-facing technical discussions.

Responsibilities

• Lead the technical delivery of the Network Management solutions implementation.
• Translate customer and business requirements into clear technical approaches.
• Contribute to solution architecture, integration planning, deployment, and technical validation.
• Provide technical guidance on RAN management systems.
• Manage customer relationships, expectations, technical discussions, and delivery priorities.
• Plan and coordinate project activities, dependencies, risks, and milestones.
• Lead, support, and develop multidisciplinary teams while fostering an inclusive and collaborative working environment.
• Review technical designs and implementation outputs for quality, feasibility, and alignment with requirements.
• Coordinate troubleshooting and root-cause analysis for complex technical issues.
• Communicate technical decisions and project status clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Promote knowledge sharing, effective documentation, and continuous improvement.
