Job summary

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related technical field.
10+ years in IT delivering global/regional capabilities.
Minimum 5 years as Technical Lead/Solution Architect/Lead Engineer.
Experience in banking or financial services, customer onboarding domain preferred.

Responsibilities

Act as the technical focal point for application delivery with vendors across the project lifecycle.
Review and challenge solution designs to ensure alignment with architecture, security, and objectives.
Provide technical leadership to vendor teams on architecture, design patterns, and best practices.
Conduct code reviews and governance for development teams, ensuring quality, security, and performance.
Coordinate with project managers, architects, infrastructure, testing teams, and vendors to deliver objectives.
Investigate, troubleshoot, and coordinate resolution of complex application issues across environments.
Oversee release planning, deployment activities, and environment readiness.
Ensure compliance with development, security, risk, and change management standards.
