Job summary

The role demands deep expertise in Java/JVM, microservices, APIs, and hands‑on leadership of agile delivery teams in regulated environments. You will drive end‑to‑end solution design, oversee engineering quality, mentor developers, and partner with Product, Architecture, Security, and Operations to deliver mission‑critical systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Total 10–12 years of experience with at least 5+ years as a Tech Lead.
• Experience in banking/regulatory environments is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end technical design for Java microservices and APIs.
• Define non-functional requirements: performance, scalability, resilience, observability, security.
• Review designs (HLD/LLD) and ensure clean architecture.
• Guide coding standards, reviews, and secure-by-design practices.
• Collaborate with Product, Architecture, Security, and Operations to deliver critical systems.
• Drive CI/CD adoption, automated testing, and modern deployment patterns.
• Establish shift-left testing and test data strategies.
• Ensure UAT readiness and production runbooks.
