Job summary

Micron Technology, Inc in Singapore is seeking a Senior/Staff Engineer to lead memory validation for HBM/DRAM platforms. You will drive end‑to‑end validation, develop test programs, and ensure coverage across MBIST and native modes while correlating power/thermal data with performance.

You’ll mentor junior engineers and collaborate with global teams to optimize validation workflows and content quality, enabling faster silicon releases.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Electrical or Computer Engineering or related field.
• 8+ years in DRAM/HBM/NAND validation or product engineering.
• At least 1 year of HBM validation experience.
• Test platform code development in C/C++, Python, and APG.
• Strong MBIST (SM3/Cobra) or Native Mode (Advantest V93K) testing experience.
• Verilog simulation expertise with bench architecture and waveform analysis.
• Proven ability to execute ValRuns and high‑speed I/O validation.

Responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end validation run execution in a fast‑paced environment.
• Own data crunching pipelines and deliver decision‑ready reports.
• Ensure coverage across MBIST and Native flows; drive timing coverage.
• Develop and debug test programs for SM3/Cobra and Advantest V93K.
• Align hardware configurations to test intent and throughput targets.
• Perform power/thermal characterization and correlate data with performance.
• Build automation scripts and dashboards for anomaly detection.
• Lead silicon debug with cross‑function teams and drive action closure.
• Mentor junior engineers and collaborate with global teams.
