Job summary

INTUIT RECRUITMENT PTE. LTD. is assisting in sourcing a Technical Lead (Full Stack Development) for an IT client.

This is a 1-year renewable contract based in Paya Lebar, Singapore, with office hours and a competitive salary package up to SGD 7,600 plus bonus. The role requires leadership of a software engineering team, deep full-stack expertise, and strong experience with React.js, TypeScript, Node.js, RESTful APIs, and AWS.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of software engineering experience, including leadership or mentoring.
• Proficient in React.js, TypeScript, Node.js and PostgreSQL.
• Experience with RESTful APIs, cloud platforms (AWS), containerisation, CI/CD, and secure coding practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and delivery of a secure, scalable cloud-based web platform.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business and technical requirements into high-quality software solutions.
• Develop and maintain full-stack applications using modern frontend and backend technologies.
• Design and implement secure RESTful APIs and optimise database performance.
• Guide developers through code reviews, technical best practices, and engineering standards.
• Support CI/CD pipelines, application deployment, and cloud-based environments.
• Drive secure software development practices, resolve security findings, and ensure production readiness.

• Working Hours: Monday to Friday, Office Hours
• Salary Package: Up to $7,600 + Bonus

Job Responsibilities:

Job Requirements:

• At least 4 years of software engineering experience, including experience leading or mentoring development teams.

• Experience developing RESTful APIs and integrating backend services.
• Familiar with cloud platforms (e.g. AWS), containerisation, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Good understanding of application security, secure coding practices, authentication, and access control.
