Job summary

ethos beathchapman is recruiting for a Senior Software Engineer to join a Singapore-based technology solutions provider serving the public sector. This hands-on role focuses on secure, scalable full-stack development within an agile team.

You will design, build, test and maintain frontend and backend components, collaborate with engineers, business analysts, designers and DevOps, and contribute to code quality, CI/CD and DevSecOps practices.

Qualifications

• At least 4 years of software development experience with hands-on full-stack work.
• Experience with TypeScript, Angular, React, Next.js, C# or Java.
• Experience with MSSQL, PostgreSQL or Oracle.
• Strong understanding of RESTful APIs and OOP.
• Familiar with Git, CI/CD, automated testing and Agile/Scrum.
• Good analytical and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to work independently and with a team.
• Exposure to Docker, Kubernetes, cloud platforms, IaC or DevSecOps is a plus.
• Experience working in or with secure coding practices is a plus.

Our client is a growing technology solutions provider in Singapore that builds software for the public sector. They are looking for a Senior Software Engineer to join their Agile team and work on secure, scalable applications.
This is a hands-on development role for an engineer who wants to take on a bit more ownership of their work.

Job responsibilities

Job requirements
