Job summary

csc land group (singapore) pte. ltd. seeks an experienced civil/structural professional to lead the site technique team across BIM, C&S, M&E and architecture.

You will coordinate with consultants and clients, resolve design issues, and drive compliant, buildable design packages for timely delivery. The role requires a Bachelor in Civil/Structural engineering and at least 10 years in large-scale hospital or condominium projects, with strong RC knowledge and familiarity with Archi and M&E works.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Civil, Structural or related field accredited by Singapore's Professional Engineer Board.
• 10+ years of experience, with 5+ years in large-scale hospital/condominium projects.
• Good knowledge and experience of RC structure works.
• Familiar with Archi and M&E works.
• Exceptional technical and problem-solving skills and reasoning ability.
• Ability to communicate effectively and clearly.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Lead the site technique team (BIM, C&S, M&E, Archi) to deliver timely outcomes with quality; manage interfaces and progress.
• Coordinate design-related matters with Consultants and Clients; resolve technical problems for the project team.
• Prepare shop drawings (RC and Archi) and manage the submission schedule and submittals.
• Arrange and chair regular meetings of the technique team for progress monitoring.
• Ensure design solutions comply with construction standards, regulatory framework, contractual specifications and buildability requirements.
• Ensure construction team clearly understands the latest drawings and requirements.
