Job summary

MANPOWER STAFFING SERVICES (SINGAPORE) PTE LTD is seeking an IT Application Support specialist to deliver multi‑platform support for customer applications, reporting solutions, and data systems. The role involves working with SaaS and on-premises environments, maintaining documentation, and collaborating with technical leadership.

You will develop knowledge of supported applications, manage data pipelines, and contribute to feature requests while ensuring high-quality, business-critical support

Qualifications

• Experience with Office 365 Platform including SharePoint Online, Power Automate (Flow), Power Apps, Forms Bookings etc.
• Experience supporting SaaS applications and web-based services (websites, web apps).
• Demonstrate a good understanding of data/information architecture, Microsoft data lake, data pipelines and API integration.
• Application knowledge of Zendesk, Freshworks products, Momentus EBMS Event Booking Management System, Online Bookings System, TigerNix POS would be beneficial.
• Experience with PowerShell or other scripting languages (VBScript / Python).

Responsibilities

• Provide support for customer applications (on-premises and Cloud / SaaS) directly and via triage to 3rd party vendors.
• Provide support for customer reporting solutions created using SQL, Crystal Reports, Excel and Power BI
• Write functional and technical documentation for applications and reporting solutions.
• Engage in Database Administration/Maintenance tasks on SQL Server and Azure SQL
• Respond to business user requests for change in application functional capabilities and engage with technical leadership on business demand for feature development.
• Participate in projects involving application or data components as a SME.
• Provide high-quality support for business-critical applications or data systems.
• Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of the applications you manage, including data structures, scheduled jobs, reports, and interfaces.
• Maintain knowledge documentation of all the support tasks with resolution.
• Develop programmes and processes for internally developed IT systems to deliver efficient business processes.
