Job summary

Morgan McKinley is seeking a proactive Operations Support professional to provide reporting, admin coordination, and digital tooling support for the services and solutions team in Singapore. You will maintain internal reporting systems built on Power Apps and Power BI and ensure efficient service delivery.

The role covers monitoring, deployment support, and driving digital transformation across projects, with emphasis on data analytics and stakeholder communication.

Qualifications

• NITEC in Business Administration or IT.
• Must have hands-on experience with Power BI, Power Automate and Power Apps.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong analytical, organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication abilities.
• High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Produce monthly reports and dashboards for stakeholders.
• Support deployment activities and track progress of projects.
• Participate in business process improvements and digital transformation initiatives.
• Serve as system administrator/validator for internal portals and digital tools.
• Coordinate internal events and meetings; ensure policy and audit compliance.
