Job summary

Excelitas Technologies Singapore Pte. Ltd. is seeking a detail-focused Document Control Specialist to develop and manage process documentation for ultra-clean semiconductor assembly environments.

You will maintain a master register of 97 SOPs and WIs, ensure revision history, approvals, and controlled release, and collaborate with QA, EHS, maintenance, and engineers to align practices with standards. Strong writing and GDP knowledge are required; fresh graduates are welcome.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a relevant discipline.
• Experience with process documentation, SOP/WI development, and quality systems.
• Experience in cleanroom, optics, semiconductor, or regulated manufacturing environments is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Develop and design process workflows for ultra-clean product assembly.
• Maintain master register of 97 SOPs and WIs with owners, revisions, and training needs.
• Review legacy documents for obsolescence and discrepancies with actual practices.
• Convert SOPs/WIs into approved APS templates and controlled formats.
• Standardize document structure, revision history, and approval workflows.
• Collaborate with engineers, QA, EHS, maintenance to validate content.
• Coordinate document reviews, approvals, and archival of superseded versions.
• Prepare training-impact assessments and retraining requirements.
• Track progress, overdue actions, and risks via weekly dashboards.
• Support audits by ensuring traceability and availability at point of use.
