Job summary

OPTIMUM SOLUTIONS (SINGAPORE) PTE LTD is seeking an experienced technology leader to drive complex delivery programs in Singapore. The role requires hands-on capabilities and strong architecture guidance across software development lifecycles.

You will lead end-to-end delivery of technology projects, mentor cross-functional teams and coordinate with stakeholders to ensure on-time, high-quality outcomes. BFSI domain experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in technical delivery, software development and project management.
• Strong hands-on experience in Python, Django and RESTful APIs, with ability to guide architecture and development.
• Lead end-to-end delivery of technology projects including planning, requirements, development, testing, deployment and production support.
• Manage cross-functional technical teams, stakeholders and vendors to ensure timely delivery and quality.

• Strong hands-on experience in Python, Django and RESTful APIs, with the ability to understand and guide application architecture and development.
• Lead end-to-end delivery of technology projects, including planning, requirements, development, testing, deployment and production support.
• Manage cross-functional technical teams, stakeholders and vendors, ensuring timely delivery, quality and adherence to project objectives.
• Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile methodologies, API integration, application architecture and troubleshooting.
• Prior experience in the Banking, Financial Services or Insurance (BFSI) domain is preferred, with good understanding of enterprise technology environments.
