Job summary

Aryan Solutions Pte. Ltd. is seeking an experienced IT leader to drive global and regional capabilities for a multinational bank.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years delivering IT solutions and at least 3 years in leading delivery teams, with strong communication to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Proficiency in Java Spring Boot and microservices, along with experience delivering large-scale, highly available applications and a solid understanding of the software development

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience developing and delivering global/regional IT capabilities for a multinational/regional company.
• At least 3 years of leadership experience in managing IT delivery teams.
• Experience in communicating with technical stakeholders.
• Experience in the banking domain; Java Spring Boot and Microservices will be a plus.
• Experience in implementing large-scale, highly available applications or other large project implementations.
• Proven result-oriented person with a focus on delivery.
• Experience in actual systems development work, with coding, functional specifications and technical specifications and systems development/testing experience (aggregate ≥8 years).
• Good understanding of the software development lifecycle.
• Highly effective communicating with technical stakeholders and with non-technical stakeholders.
• Good problem solving, analytical, synthesis, system thinking and solutions skills.

Experience in actual systems development work, with prior coding, functional specifications and technical specifications and systems development and testing experience (in aggregate no less than 8 years)

Good understanding and experience in software development cycle

Highly effective communicating with technical stakeholders, proficient communicating with non-technical stakeholders

Good problem solving, analytical, synthesis, system thinking and solutions skills
