Job summary

INNOVATIQ TECHNOLOGIES PTE. LTD. is seeking a seasoned Delivery Manager to oversee end-to-end technology engagements in the banking and financial services space.

You will coordinate planning, governance, and risk management across large-scale programs with strong Java-centric technical requirements. The role requires 8–12 years of IT experience and 5+ years delivering complex delivery engagements, with deep knowledge of regulatory, security, and audit controls.

Qualifications

• 8–12 years of overall IT experience.
• Minimum 5 years of proven experience managing end-to-end technology delivery engagements.
• Preferred Domain Experience in Banking, Financial Services, Digital Banking, and large-scale program delivery environments.
• Strong understanding of banking regulatory requirements, security standards, compliance frameworks, audit controls, authentication, and fraud/risk management.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project delivery, including planning, execution, governance, risk management, dependency tracking, and stakeholder communications.
• Ensure compliance with banking regulations, security standards, audit controls, authentication, and fraud/risk practices in delivery.
• Provide technical leadership and ownership across delivery teams and ensure smooth release governance.

Experience Requirements

Total Relevant Experience: 8 to 12 years of overall IT experience.

Technical Delivery Management Experience: Minimum 5 years of proven experience managing end-to-end technology delivery engagements.

Preferred Domain Experience: Banking, Financial Services, Digital Banking, and large-scale program delivery environments.

Core Competencies (Mandatory)

• Strong experience in managing end-to-end project delivery, including planning, execution, governance, risk management, dependency tracking, and stakeholder communications.
• Thorough understanding of banking regulatory requirements, security standards, compliance frameworks, audit controls, authentication mechanisms, and fraud/risk management practices.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Core Technical Skills (Mandatory)

Strong hands-on experience with Java 8, Java 11, Java 17, and Java 21.

Deep understanding of Core Java concepts, including:
