Job summary

Tech Aalto Pte ltd in Singapore is seeking an experienced Program/Project Manager to lead multi‑project initiatives, coordinating dependencies and delivering within scope and budget. The role emphasizes Cloud Migration, modernization, and close collaboration with Financial Services stakeholders.

You will guide cross‑functional teams, manage risks, and ensure secure, compliant implementations while reporting progress to PMs, BAs, and suppliers.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in Program/Project management.
• Proficiency with MS Project, Confluence, JIRA, SDLC and AGILE methodologies.
• Experience implementing solutions in Financial Services industry is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and plan technical deliverables within the allocated budget and schedule.
• Oversee / coordinate technical implementation activities across project teams & serve as the escalation point for the project team, addressing critical project issues.
• Provide hands‑on guidance to ensure the project teams build enhancements according to the solution plan.

Project Leadership and Management

• Lead and plan technical deliverables within the allocated budget and schedule.
• Oversee / coordinate technical implementation activities across project teams & serve as the escalation point for the project team, addressing critical project issues.

Technical Delivery and Risk Management

• Plan, monitor, and manage risks/issues related to technical project delivery.
• Collaborate across different domain application teams to manage technical and security‑related dependencies of the solution.
• Partner with Architects, Security, Suppliers to ensure solution design aligns with enterprise design principles, security, and control standards.

Stakeholder Collaboration and Financial Oversight

• Partner with PMs, BAs, Suppliers to collate, understand, and finalize functional and technical requirements.
• Provide regular status updates on technical delivery and elevate issues affecting the project schedule, proposing workarounds or resolutions.

Job Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in Program/Project management
• Proficient in MS Project, Confluence, JIRA, SDLC, AGILE methodologies.
• End to end implementation of any of the following in a Financial Services Industry would be an advantage:
  • Cloud related solutions
  • Infrastructure / Network related solutions
  • Endpoint / Workplace Technology related solutions
  • Active Directory / Identity Management related solutions
