What We're Looking For

• 3+ years of experience, ideally within a Technical Business Analyst, Technical Project Manager, Product Owner, Solutions Architect, or similar role in financial services.
• Previous software development experience, with the ability to read, understand, and review production-grade code. Experience with Python or Java is highly preferred.
• Strong understanding of systems design, integration, APIs, databases, and software architecture.
• Experience working closely with engineering teams to deliver complex technology solutions.
• Familiarity with financial markets and asset classes such as Equities, Futures, Options, or Fixed Income.
• Excellent documentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Exposure to electronic trading systems and the FIX protocol is advantageous.
