Qualifications

• Singaporean nationality.
• Eligible for Singapore MSD CAT 1 security clearance.
• Bachelor's degree in information technology or related discipline.
• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in IT or cloud projects.
• Proficiency in business process modelling and analysis techniques.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Handle tenant enquiries and clarify requirements with accurate product information.
• Conduct onboarding briefings for tenants to explain processes and services.
• Monitor onboarding progress and resolve issues to ensure smooth integration.
• Track tenants' journey and identify improvement opportunities.
• Plan and analyse user satisfaction surveys to gather insights.
• Review tenant feedback and drive improvements across processes.
• Design reengineered processes to boost productivity and quality.
• Define and track KPIs to measure impact of changes.
• Facilitate workshops, training, and change management to support adoption.
