Job summary

ARYAN SOLUTIONS PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced Technical Business Analyst to support onboarding of enterprise technology platforms and services in Singapore.

You will work with users, stakeholders, and technical teams to understand requirements, coordinate onboarding, and drive adoption of technology services. The ideal candidate combines strong business analysis and process-improvement skills with a solid understanding of IT infrastructure, cloud environments, and enterprise systems,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in IT or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or Technical Business Analyst.
• Experience with IT infrastructure, cloud, or enterprise technology projects.
• Strong requirements gathering, analysis, and documentation skills.
• Good understanding of IT infrastructure, cloud platforms, and enterprise processes.
• Proficiency in process modelling, analysis, and improvement techniques.
• Experience documenting current and future state processes and workflows.
• Experience coordinating onboarding, implementation, adoption, or change-management activities.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and workshop facilitation capabilities.
• Excellent written communication, presentation, and documentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple onboarding activities and priorities.
