Job summary

R&G BUSINESS SOLUTIONS PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks a Senior Operations Leader to guide the operations division toward achieving KPIs and service standards for the local team.

You will monitor financials, drive cost controls, and grow revenue by strengthening client relationships while coordinating with engineers, vendors, and site managers to ensure seamless IT infra and service delivery. The role requires strong leadership, planning, and compliance with audit/documentation requirements,

Qualifications

• Experience leading an operations division with KPI-driven performance.
• Ability to monitor income/expenses and implement cost controls.
• Proven track record in client relationship management.
• Strong coordination with engineers/technical consultants and vendors for IT infra.
• Experience planning manpower and auditing/documentation processes.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership to the operations division and oversee Singapore personnel to meet KPIs and service standards.
• Monitor income and expenses; establish controls to cut costs and boost revenue.
• Manage customer services and relationships; conduct periodic reviews with clients.
• Coordinate with Engineers, technical consultants and vendors for IT infra.
• Define roles, plan future needs, and discuss performance with managers.
• Coordinate manpower planning with Site Managers.
• Seek more business opportunities and expand service contracts.
• Promote company services and sales of machine parts.
• Ensure safe, compliant work environment and proper documentation.
• Assist in audits and prepare documents for customers.
• Perform any other duties assigned by the Director.

Job description

Provide strategic leadership and direction to the operations division and supervising Singapore personnel to achieve the operations key performance index and the required service standards.

• Monitor and analyse the Income & Expenses of the service operations, establish business controls and provide solutions to reduce cost and increase revenue.
• Manage the customer services and relationship through providing regular feedback and periodic operations review with clients to optimize quality of service, business growth, and customer satisfaction.
• Communicate with Engineers and other technical consultants and vendors for IT infra.
• Defines roles and responsibilities, plans for the department’s future needs and operations; counsels and discuss with managers on performance
• Coordinating with Site Managers on manpower planning and arrangements
• Challenge for more business opportunities and expand service contracts in various fields to increase revenue.
• Promoting company services and sales of machines parts
• Ensuring safe and secure work environment for all employees
• Ensuring compliance in all procedures including documentation
• Attending and preparing documents for audit by customers
• Any other duties assigned by the Director
