Job description

We are looking for a Technical Business Analyst to lead the requirements gathering and delivery of an Enterprise Architecture (EA) repository platform. You will act as the bridge between Enterprise/Solution Architects, Platform/SRE teams, developers, and regional business partners—translating complex system topologies, governance rules, and integrations into clear technical specifications.

Key Responsibilities

• EA Modeling & Content: Elicit requirements for application inventories, service dependencies, design patterns, diagram types (C4, sequence, deployment), and metadata taxonomy.
• Platform & Integrations: Define requirements for mapping cloud/container runtime models (Kubernetes, OpenShift) and integration specifications (APIs, data contracts) with ITSM, CMDB, and CI/CD tools.
• Governance & Workflows: Design automated review workflows, versioning/baselining logic, End-of-Life (EOL) compliance checks, and tech-debt reporting dashboards.
• Delivery & Cross-Border Stakeholders: Facilitate workshops, author user stories, support QA/UAT testing, and drive user adoption across global teams and regional China stakeholders.

Requirements

Language Skills

• Mandarin/Chinese Fluency: Full professional proficiency (spoken) to effectively gather requirements, conduct workshops, and liaise with stakeholders and delivery teams in China.

Experience & Education

• Bachelor’s in CS, IT, Business, or related field.
• 3+ years as an IT Business Analyst in consulting or solution delivery environments.

Domain Knowledge

• Solid understanding of EA concepts, application landscapes, microservices, and governance.
• Ability to interpret architectural diagrams (deployment, data flow, component).
• Hands‑on proficiency with JIRA, Confluence, Visio, or Lucidchart.

Technical Awareness

• Familiarity with cloud/container platforms, CI/CD pipelines, and API integrations.
• SDLC expertise across Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid delivery modes.

Preferred Qualifications

• Exposure to EA notations/tools (ArchiMate, LeanIX, UML, C4, Sparx EA).
• Experience in regulated sectors (e.g., Banking) or with ITSM/CMDB platforms.
• Certifications: CBAP, CCBA, PMI-PBA, TOGAF, or Agile/Scrum.
