Job summary

AppleCare Technologies BPR at APPLE SOUTH ASIA PTE. LTD. seeks a Project Manager to plan and lead mid to large-scale technical projects, ensuring architectural soundness, rigorous testing, and enterprise-wide readiness across AppleCare systems.

You will partner with diagnostics engineers, TPMs, solution architects, IS&T, and business stakeholders to drive the design process from problem identification through implementation, including AI/ML and automation considerations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline as listed.
• 4+ years of engineering project management or technical program management.
• Experience influencing architecture and integration decisions.
• Background in software development life cycles in engineering contexts.
• Knowledge of SAP or equivalent enterprise systems and interdependencies.
• Familiarity with hardware repair, diagnostics, or service engineering environments.
• Experience with global programs and cross-functional teams.
• Delivery of updates to diverse stakeholders including exec leadership.
• Defined technical objectives and execution plans for cross-functional teams.
• Delivery of AI/ML, data intelligence, or automation as part of solutions.
• Change management including readiness, training, and communications.

Responsibilities

• Plan and lead multiple complex technical projects balancing scope, schedule, and budget.
• Drive design process from requirements through solution architecture and vetting.
• Lead cross-functional teams across engineering, operations, and partners.
• Translate service operations and customer journeys into tech development lifecycles.
• Collaborate with data scientists and architects to define grounded requirements.
• Identify dependencies and risks across project lifecycles.
• Facilitate capital planning and change readiness reviews.
• Ensure readiness for system and process changes with UAT and cutover activities.
