Job summary

Public Service Division in Singapore is seeking a Technical Product Manager to join the SGN team, focused on data lakehouse and member-facing digital products. You will apply product management, design thinking and agile practices to help SGN achieve its business objectives.

You will collaborate with business units, engineers and stakeholders to define features, manage the lifecycle, provide user guides, and ensure compliance with government policies.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of project management methodologies, e.g., AGILE, Scrum.
• Strong analytics skillset with ability to pull data and analyse results.
• Basic understanding of data modelling.
• Understanding of UI/UX and user requirements gathering.
• A distinctive blend of business acumen, as well as strong planning and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end product lifecycle for digital products.
• Translate business requirements into smaller tasks in consultation with engineering.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to determine product features and functions.
• Provide user support and develop user guides.
• Conduct risk assessments and ensure compliance with government policies.
• Coordinate procurement exercises and evaluate proposals.
• Benchmark team performance and drive improvements.
