Job summary

PSA Corporation Limited is seeking a results-oriented Senior Procurement Executive/Assistant Manager (Technology Procurement) to lead strategic sourcing and procurement of technology and digital solutions that underpin PSA's operations, cybersecurity posture, and innovation agenda.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to draft robust tender specifications, evaluate proposals, negotiate agreements, and draft contracts to ensure compliant, value-driven, and fit-for-purpose outcomes

Qualifications

• Degree in a relevant field and 2–3 years of procurement experience.
• Strong knowledge of strategic sourcing, tendering, contract drafting, and supplier governance.
• Familiarity with e-procurement tools; CIPS/CPSM certification progress is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end procurement for technology goods and services (infrastructure, applications, platforms, digital services).
• Collaborate with user departments to define requirements, prepare tender specs, and align sourcing strategies.
• Evaluate proposals and lead negotiations for sound commercial and contractual outcomes.
• Draft final contracts detailing deliverables, obligations and risk provisions with governance alignment.
• Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and vendors to drive procurement excellence.
• Improve procurement processes to support continuous improvement and efficiency.
