Job summary

HP is seeking a College Intern - Technical Marketing Engineer in Singapore. You will represent customer voice by understanding inkjet quality and experience, analyze event data to derive insights, and create compelling cases to influence product prioritization.

You will build visual dashboards to monitor customer quality and experience trends. The role requires a degree or master's in CS/Data Science/Engineering, strong communication, and experience with Power BI, SQL, Python, and JMP.

Qualifications

• Degree/Masters in Computer Science/Data Science or Engineering.
• Able to commit to a 6-month full time internship starting in May 2027.
• Creative & critical thinking.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Experience in Power BI, Database/SQL, Python (Plus), JMP.

Responsibilities

• Represent the customer voice. Understand key inkjet customer quality and experience in the market.
• Analyse products event data and other field sources to turn data into insights.
• Create compelling case around why an issue matters and influence product/development prioritization.
• Create visual dashboards to monitor trends of customer quality/experience journey.
