Stanley Park & Associates Pte. Ltd. is seeking an experienced Corporate/M&A lawyer to join its Singapore practice at salaried or equity partner level.

The role offers autonomy, direct client engagement and the chance to influence the firm’s corporate and technology capabilities. The candidate should have 10–20 years PQE with a track record in complex M&A, cross-border deals and corporate governance. A senior practitioner with business development flair will fit well within the firm’s growth

Qualifikationen

• Singapore-qualified lawyer with 10–20 years PQE in corporate transactional practice.
• Strong experience in corporate M&A, including cross-border transactions, with the ability to lead and execute complex matters.

Aufgaben

• Lead and independently manage a broad range of corporate transactions, including domestic and cross-border M&A, joint ventures, corporate restructuring, venture capital and private equity investments.
• Advise local and international clients on complex corporate and commercial matters across various stages of business growth.
• Oversee the full transaction lifecycle, including structuring, due diligence, drafting, negotiation, execution and completion.
• Provide commercially sound legal advice on corporate governance, regulatory considerations and general corporate advisory matters.
• Assume responsibility for existing client relationships and transactions, ensuring high standards of service delivery and execution.
• Supervise, mentor and develop junior lawyers while providing technical guidance on complex legal matters.
• Work closely with the firm's leadership on strategic initiatives, practice development and opportunities to expand its corporate and technology capabilities.
• Contribute to business development and the cultivation of long-term client relationships.
