Helius Technologies, an information services firm supporting technology initiatives in Asia and the Middle East, is seeking a Legal Counsel based in Singapore. The role involves providing legal advice on commercial, technology, and regulatory matters within a regulated enterprise environment.

The candidate should have a law degree with admission to the Singapore Bar and a minimum of 4 years PQE as an in-house lawyer or at a reputable firm; a second IT-related degree or familiarity is a plus.

Qualificações

• Law degree with admission to the Singapore Bar.
• Minimum 4 years of PQE as in-house lawyer at an MNC or reputable commercial law firm.
• Second degree in IT or familiarity with digital/IT industries is a plus.]
• Strong ability to draft and negotiate commercial technology and procurement agreements.

Responsabilidades

• Draft, review, negotiate, and advise on commercial, technology, procurement, licensing, and services agreements.
• Provide risk-based legal advice on contract law, cybersecurity, data protection, IP, and governance.
• Manage end-to-end contract lifecycle management, templates, and governance reviews.
• Advise stakeholders on legal risks and compliance while enabling business objectives.
• Collaborate with Legal, Procurement, Risk, Compliance, and Cybersecurity teams.
