Job summary

You will work with global engineering teams across the US, UK, Europe and Asia, mentor a small team of 2–6 engineers, and drive modern, event-driven and cloud-native systems using AI-assisted development tools.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of software engineering experience.
• Proven track record designing and building complex platforms.
• Experience with greenfield development or major migrations.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of scalable, resilient, event-driven trade processing platforms.
• Own end-to-end system architecture, technical design and development.
• Provide hands-on technical leadership to a small team of 2–6 engineers.
• Collaborate with global technology and business stakeholders to deliver robust solutions.
• Leverage AI-assisted development tools to improve productivity and workflows.
