Qualifications

• Law degree with tech/IP focus and strong post-qualification experience.
• 3–5 years handling tech contracts, IP portfolios, and regulatory compliance.
• Draft and negotiate software licensing, SaaS, and data privacy policies.
• Advise on patent, trademark and copyright matters.
• Excellent English communication; other languages a plus.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate technology contracts including software licensing, SaaS, and cloud agreements.
• Oversee IP portfolio management for patents, trademarks and copyrights.
• Provide regulatory compliance guidance on data protection and cybersecurity.
• Conduct IP due diligence for M&A and develop internal IP policies.
• Collaborate with engineers, product teams and executives to translate legal risk into business actions.
