Job summary

Scaleway is expanding its People team to support managers and employees in a growing, international organization. You will act as the HR partner of reference for managers, guiding compensation positioning, performance practices, and organizational changes.

You will lead Talent Reviews, manage complex employee-relations matters, and support onboarding through offboarding. A strong command of French employment law and bilingual FR/EN communication are essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years as an HRBP in a tech/engineering environment is essential.
• Strong knowledge of French employment law with handling complex employee-relations matters.
• Experience leading Talent Reviews and performance management across large teams.
• Proven track record in managing organizational change in fast-growing settings.
• Strong business acumen and ability to align HR actions with business goals.
• Fluency in French and English, written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Act as the HR partner of reference for managers within your scope, providing coaching and HR guidance on employee-related decisions.
• Challenge managers on compensation positioning, performance management, and leadership practices.
• Partner with the business to anticipate HR needs and align people strategies with operational goals.
• Lead organizational change initiatives including restructures, scope changes, and team mergers.
• Independently handle complex employee-relations matters with Legal support when required.
• Manage sensitive situations such as psychosocial risks, conflicts, and employee reports.
• Contribute to employee relations, including CSE preparation and collective negotiations.
• Oversee the employee lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding and internal mobility.
• Lead Talent Reviews and support campaigns including calibration and action plans.
• Contribute to continuous HR practices and data/alerts across the scope.
