GovTech Singapore is redesigning HR service delivery to be leaner, smarter, and more efficient. We are seeking a Tech-Minded HR Operations & Systems Specialist to be at the heart of this journey, running daily HR operations while identifying automation opportunities that will shape the function.

You will drive end-to-end HR cycles, oversee onboarding/offboarding, vendor payments, and claims processing, and serve as a system admin for Workday, FormSG, and low-code tools.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, or a related discipline.
• 2–4 years of experience in HR operations, HRIS, or related field, with HRIS focus.
• Proven expertise in managing HRIS platforms, particularly Workday.
• Experience implementing HR technology solutions and driving digital transformation.

Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end annual HR cycles, including performance ratings and bonuses.
• Oversee onboarding/offboarding, vendor payments, and claims processing.
• Act as a point of contact for HR processes and system queries.
• Maintain data accuracy and conduct regular HR record audits.
• Design, build, and deploy automated workflows using GovTech tools.
• Manage access, roles, and licenses for HR platforms.
• Develop SOPs and system documentation.
• Provide training and change management to drive adoption.
