Job summary

PVH (Tommy Hilfiger/Calvin Klein) is seeking a performance tester to design, implement, and execute performance tests across UI, API, and database layers. You will develop automation-enabled test strategies and scripts using tools like JMeter, LoadRunner, NeoLoad, or Gatling, and analyze results to drive optimizations.

The role involves monitoring with APM suites such as Dynatrace, AppDynamics, or New Relic, identifying bottlenecks, and collaborating with development teams on fixes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Diploma in CS/Engineering or related field.
• 1–5 years hands-on performance testing experience.
• Exposure to designing and implementing automation frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement performance test strategies based on architecture and requirements.
• Develop and maintain performance Test scripts using JMeter, LoadRunner, NeoLoad, or Gatling.
• Simulate load, stress, endurance, and spike tests and analyze results.
• Monitor performance with APM tools and correlate metrics with test outcomes.
• Identify bottlenecks across UI, API, DB, and infra; collaborate with devs to resolve them.
• Create and manage test data and environments for performance testing.
• Document results, metrics and tuning recommendations in reports.
• Participate in performance tuning and capacity planning discussions.

• Simulate various load conditions (load, stress, endurance, spike) and analyze system behavior under test.
• Monitor system performance using APM tools (e.g., Dynatrace, AppDynamics, New Relic) and correlate metrics with test results.
• Identify performance bottlenecks across application layers (UI, API, database, infrastructure) and work with development teams to resolve them.
• Create and manage test data and environments for performance testing.
• Document test results, performance metrics, and tuning recommendations in detailed reports.
• Participate in performance tuning and capacity planning discussions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree / Diploma in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 1-5 years of hands-on experience in performance testing.
• Exposure in designing and implementing automation frameworks.
