Job summary

Avensys Consulting Pte Ltd is hiring a Tech Arch - Performance Tester to design and execute performance testing strategies in Singapore. You will build test scripts with JMeter/LoadRunner/NeoLoad/Gatling, simulate varied load conditions, and monitor with APM tools to identify bottlenecks across UI, API, database, and infrastructure.

The role emphasizes tuning and collaboration with development teams. You will also create test data and environments, document results, and participate in capacity

Qualifications

• Design and implement performance test strategies, plans, and scenarios based on system architecture and business requirements.
• Develop and maintain performance test scripts using tools such as JMeter, LoadRunner, NeoLoad, or Gatling.
• Simulate various load conditions (load, stress, endurance, spike) and analyze system behavior under test.
• Monitor system performance using APM tools (e.g., Dynatrace, AppDynamics, New Relic) and correlate metrics with test results.
• Identify performance bottlenecks across application layers (UI, API, database, infrastructure) and work with development teams to resolve them.
• Create and manage test data and environments for performance testing.
• Document test results, performance metrics, and tuning recommendations in detailed reports.
• Participate in performance tuning and capacity planning discussions.
