Job summary

RHB Group in Singapore seeks a highly motivated AVP to join the Client Solutions team within Investment Banking. The candidate will lead origination and deliver cross-border financing and advisory solutions across leveraged finance, ECM, M&A and related areas.

Responsibilities include liaising with product groups, preparing pitchbooks, and coordinating complex transactions with multiple stakeholders across the region. Strong finance skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field.
• Strong analytical, financial modelling, and valuations skills.
• Proven ability to build client relationships and drive origination.

Responsibilities

• Drive origination efforts and build long-term client relationships in Singapore and across the region.
• Act as the primary liaison between clients and product groups to deliver full solutions.
• Drive cross-selling and regional collaboration across product teams.
• Structure and deliver financing and advisory solutions, including leveraged finance.
• Work with Corporate Banking to prepare credit memos and manage credit approvals.
• Lead the preparation of pitchbooks, client presentations, and transaction marketing materials.
• Coordinate transaction execution with legal, auditors, consultants, and counterparties.
• Perform financial modelling and valuation analyses, including DCF and multiples.
• Prepare management reporting, deal pipeline tracking, and budgeting materials.
