Job summary

Randstad Singapore is seeking an experienced leader to mentor Relationship Managers in wealth management, sharpening sales capability, deepening product knowledge, and strengthening client management excellence.

You will drive business development and growth by leading client acquisition initiatives, oversee performance reporting to senior management on productivity, client satisfaction, and revenue, and co-create strategic plans to penetrate markets and deepen client relationships.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in wealth management or similar client-facing role.
• Proven leadership and coaching abilities.
• Strong interpersonal and client relationship skills.
• Extensive knowledge of financial products and risk tools.

Responsibilities

• Mentor Relationship Managers to enhance sales and product knowledge.
• Lead client acquisition and growth of wealth portfolios.
• Provide updates on productivity, client satisfaction, and revenue.
• Develop and execute strategic plans to penetrate markets and deepen client relationships.

• > 8 years of experience in wealth management, Priority/Priority Private/Private Banking, or a similar client-facing role.
• Strong leadership and coaching skills with a demonstrated ability to manage and motivate teams.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for building strong relationships with clients, team members, and stakeholders.
• Comprehensive knowledge of financial products, including investment instruments, wealth management solutions, and risk management tools.
