ELITEZ PTE LTD is seeking an experienced Tea Barista (Supervisor) to oversee daily cafe operations, lead the frontline team, and support the founders in improving business performance, service standards, and product offerings.

The role requires strong leadership, customer service excellence, and hands-on management to ensure quality, safety, and a welcoming customer experience across all shifts.

Qualifications

• Minimum Food Safety Course Level 1 certification.
• Relevant cafe/F&B operational certifications as required.
• Prior leadership or supervisory experience in a cafe environment.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Responsible, hands-on, and able to manage daily operations independently.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee daily cafe operations to ensure smooth service delivery.
• Deliver excellent customer service and handle customer feedback or complaints.
• Work closely with cafe owners on operations, products, and marketing initiatives.
• Ensure food and beverages are prepared and served according to quality and safety standards.
• Lead and motivate the team to maintain a welcoming customer experience.
• Manage inventory and supplies to support uninterrupted operations.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
