Job summary

Micron Technology, Inc. in Singapore seeks a TD MDE Shift Engineer to ensure robust shift-level operations that support TD objectives.

You will bridge real-time shift execution with strategic TD goals, coordinating with TD 1st Shift and HVM Ops to deliver high-quality execution. Responsibilities include safety, quality, shift operations, process development support, and cross-functional collaboration to resolve issues, improve output, and drive continuous improvement across the manufacturing

Qualifications

Strong problem-solving, data analysis, and SPC/process control, yield/defect mechanism and process flow interaction knowledge.
Proficient in Micron systems/tools (SPC, GerM, MES Central, SWR) and passion for automation/AI adoption.
Solid understanding of yield, defect mechanisms, process interactions, and GeRM risks.

Responsibilities

Ensure robust shift-level operations and translate priorities into actionable plans.
Coordinate with TD 1st Shift, HVM Ops, and cross-functional teams to set priorities and meet goals.
Develop and execute plans to resolve on-shift process/tool issues and improve output.
Collaborate with PDE, EDE, and suppliers to maintain process/tool performance and area improvements.
Manage projects to meet scope, schedule, and deliverables and track actions.
