Micron Technology, Inc. in Singapore seeks a Shift Engineer for TD MFG DEV ENG to bridge real-time shift execution with TD strategic goals. You will manage safety, yield protection, and process stability while coordinating with TD 1st Shift and cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality results.

You will also develop and execute plans to resolve tool issues, improve output, and mitigate risks, collaborating with PDE, EDE, and suppliers for performance improvements.

Formación

• Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Chemical or Materials Engineering.
• 3–4 years wafer fabrication experience or equivalent.
• Strong problem-solving, data analysis and SPC/process control knowledge.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure robust shift-level operations aligning with TD strategic objectives.
• Coordinate with TD 1st Shift, HVM Ops, and cross-functional teams to meet goals.
• Provide technical expertise and troubleshoot complex process and equipment issues.
