Job summary

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of sales experience
• Customer-service oriented with good interpersonal skills
• Fluent in English and Mandarin
• Willing to work weekends/public holidays
• Basic knowledge of TCM is a plus (training provided)

Responsibilities

• Promote TCM treatments, packages, and wellness products
• Provide personalized treatment recommendations based on clients' needs
• Follow up with potential and existing clients to close sales
• Meet monthly sales and conversion targets
• Educate clients on benefits and outcomes of TCM services
• Maintain relationships to encourage retention and referrals
